Thailand

I loved our trip to Thailand because neither of us really had much of an idea of what we wanted to do there! I was very much looking forward to playing with the elephants, and I had a vague idea about a place where you could get close to tigers, but apart from that I just wanted some good Thai food and quality beach time! I got all of that and more. I especially loved all the colours everywhere (my camera did too). I kept taking photos of plants, and just today my boyfriend and I went to the nursery and bought a bunch of tropical plants so our balcony now looks very Thai!

We now have something very similar to this on our balcony

This fence reminded me of Nubby Twiglet

We loved the delicious cheap fruit shakes available everywhere we went!

Bought one of these today too!

Mimi, the adorable 2 month old tiger cub

Sunflower, the 1 year old.

The Chinese New Year Lion visiting all the businesses in Chiang Mai

My naughty 2 and a half year old elephant, Tongkham

Such great photos! Makes me wish the only trip I have planned this year wasn't just to Chicago. I guess I'll just live vicariously through you!
